Do your ships not carry over when you buy a new freighter?

i just bought a new freighter and i have a really expensive huller on it. and now i cant find it.

reload last save (made through buying that freighter) or recall your freighter on a different position
=> all your ships will be there again!

and some advice for others:
while all ships do get "teleported" to your new freighter, and you can copy all cargo from old to new via the transfer window during buying, your BASE on your old freighter (Rooms, Command rooms, Farms, etc.) *DO NOT COPY OVER* and is completely lost (also no partly ressource given back!)!!!

True that. Running with an A-34 (got lucky) and had the chance to pick up an S-34 for cheap after saving them from the usual inept pirate fleet. Just wasn't worth it. I'd have left four command rooms and the storage units and it was just too much of a PITA. All replaceable but not worth fiddling with for the minor difference in specs. It was a sweet looking S-34 tho.
