Also, some times you can find a trade platform that sells gas it or had a trader that lands there with gas to sell.
What kind of planets have each type of gas?
cold/radioactive planets -> radon
hot planets -> sulphurine
you can use refiner to convert each gas into other gases. at 2:1 ratio without catalyst and at 1:1 ratio when mixed with oxygen in 2 or 3 input slot refiner.
thanks - i need to get gases to make stasis devices to make some money
Really? Been in the wrong systems then... never had Stations sold me gas.
Wait... or do you mean planetary trade stations?
edit: and as that's an important thing on that matter:
are there any workaround on that nasty "Empytyness"-Bug that gets to the AHs sometimes?
Interestingly my 3 first planets working completely correct, giving me gas everytime, but any other planet ALWAYS bug out once, sometimes even twice per day...
(with workaround I mean f.e. disassemble and rebuild them (nope that workaround does not work))
Ofc you can (should) also put a few (3) atmospher harvesters with a beacon next to them (so you can find them back), to collect more gases while you do your own collect at the ressource depots. Couple them with a few oxygen harvesters too, so you can change the gases you get at the depots into what you need with the medium/big refiner.
What do gas deposits look like?
nope ;-) but yes my first reading was the same... gas deposits???
he meant DEPOTs (POIs), there's mostly one or two gas or advanced gas product to be found there!
