LOL. Yah...
I think we're on to something. Get rich quick new game scam incoming...
Let's see. We can start off making it, and make a cool demo that isn't the actual gameplay. We can just claim "procedural generation" so we don't have to flesh anything out, or have it make any sense. Then we go to the talk shows, and lie about it on national TV.
The we then soak everyone for 60 bucks or euros or whatever.
Publish it half baked, and patch and stuff. Well, sort of patch. Just claim it was our plan all along.
Then 2 years later, publish an awesome patch that actually is kinda cool and makes it worth playing. Cash in some more, since that's the new trend of how to screw the consumer.
The previously mentioned "awesome patch" is buggy as all hell, though, riddled with bugs than a rat in NYC. I live in NYC, so yah, pretty buggy. Keeps 'em all excited for a while until we actually figure out this crap.
I'm thinking I'm planning this out pretty good.
