10-15 second into this blazingly hellish lavastorm I lost sight of my ship and struggled to bring my scanner into view. Finally seeing that my ship was a mere 100 units away, I ran and jumped to it as quickly as I could. With no protection remaining, and my personal shield being eaten away, I managed to get back into my ship to wait out the storm.
What seemed like 15 minutes later, the storm ended at last. I exited, a bit nervous and worried about the next storm. I did not go too far from the protection of the ship, when... you guessed it... an extreme night radiation warning blared into my helmet. I began to make my way once again back to the ship, and before I could even get back inside, my exosuit screamed in alarm, "Weather warning: Incoming storm."
Needless to say, I sat there inside the ship, drying off and simultaneously warming back up and cooling off from the conflicting weather. As soon as I finished smoking a 'Bacca Stick that I picked up at the Space Station, I preped for liftoff never to return.
I named the planet "Hell" and logged the findings for posterity and the nanites.
had one rainstorm so far... bout 90°C i think
