X - Summon vehicles.
I also tried starting from a save where it did exist, and it still does not appear. So weird.
By the way, I recorded in the beginning what I needed to fix the ship up. I was about 95% of the way done, all I needed was a couple Technology Modules & 30 more pugneum.
2400 Paraffinium
100 Pugneum
50 Tritium
3 Microprocessors
270 Gold
2863 Chromatic Metal (this breaks my heart the most)
1300 Magnetised Ferrite
11 Technology Modules
2 Di-Hydrogen Jelly
43 Sodium Nitrate
100 Pure Ferrite
2 Metal Plating
Yep, definitely hurts.
Its simply not worth the effort - just fix enough so u can fly it to the nearest starport and swap it for a fully repaired ship
Seemed the only option was to "trade-in" my working ship for the crashed one, can that be right?
Maybe best to avoid for now.
If you don't have a freighter yet, all you have to do is warp a few times to get a "quick-time" event to save a freighter. Once you've dealt with the pirates, the freighter is claimable and your ships will be on it.
