they are building in more and more time consumers to extend a empty game. we saw that happen with the eggs and plant growth timers aswell

Indeed. Some of those S-class upgrades took me ages to find (e.g a decent Mining Beam upgrade) - because not all S-class upgrades are equal, some are MUCH better than others and took a lot of searching and Nanites to find. Now you tell me they can get destroyed at random?!

I am so close to quitting this game. Only my friend still enjoying it is keeping me here.

They are balancing the game to earn the things in a reasonable time.

Is normal not understand this for new players and people not played the game.

When you will play the game a bit more you will understand the reason behind this change and the others changes.

Wait, dying makes your multitool's slots break on random and repairing those removes the upgrade? What the ♥♥♥♥?

I was going to suggest to have the broken multitool and ship slots to be actual upgrades, at least sometimes, instead of being revealed as empty slots, but if this is how they think it's balanced, this opens some doors to real griefing. And not one where you're a pirate to gain something, this is just straight up trolling!

Cheating to get stuff back it is then!
