Can't make use of that exploit anymore, btw. Enriched Carbon is pretty much impossible to find now, so attempting to sell Superconductors for mass profit isn't easily attainable anymore.

Save editor is the easiest way. Raiding manufacturing facilities is the only legit way I know

Didn't encounter many operations centers, so can't say about that
