Still can't craft hermetic seals.

I have been purchasing them but I never recieved the blueprint for it. I'm 30 hours in game. Please don't tell me I have to go back to the starting planet....

If you follow the starting questline you get alot of the basic blueprints... sorry

Yeah it is all about the missions you choose to follow. Try to follow multiple at once for most efficent way of unlocking things. That Seal should have come early I think but forget which mission line.

Also remember to use teleporters to quickly move between systems. Cost nothing and it is fast.

i abandoned the hermetic seal quest because it was apparently a "fix" for this issue I read about. It was supposed to reissue the mission but never did.

there should be a game mode where you do not have to do quests at all
no not creative
just like survival/normal but no questline

Erh... the blueprint for the hermetic seal is given to you, when you jump into the ship for the first time. How did you skip that???

The mission is just to go somewhere to pick up a pre-crafted seal.

In any case you should be able to add the blueprint with the save editor by goatfungus.

Ofcourse you buy it before learn to make them.

The quest does not give the blueprint, just a working seal. Getting into your ship for the FIRST TIME yields the blueprint. I'd like to know how he skipped that!

Found one in a box. I can hold them in my inventory but the little screwdriver/wrench icon that shows that you can craft the item is missing.

Wait what? What screwdriver/wrench icon? You just go into the exo suit, left click a slot, and then it is listed under craft product. If it is in the list, you can craft it, and you have the blueprint. If it is not in the list, you cannot.

Thats the mystery that I'm dealing with. I can't craft something listed in my list even when I have all the proper things to craft this item. This is the only item that is doing this (so far). Btw, I named my freighter the Prometheus

so you can middle mouse over a mission thats bugged to reset it

So if you have a seal in your inventory, and you just hover your cursor over it, what happens? Doesn't the popup menu show a keystroke for "craft more" (default E on keyboard and X on controller).
