Help! Can't find Frostwort for Glass Crystals..

I have been to over 3 ice/frozen planets and have searched for the past hour and a half. Still can't find a single plant.

They look different, almost like trees. Use your visor and look for the leaf icon.

i assume you use your analysis visor to look for the plant symbol?

They exist but explore explore explore is the only way to find them. 3 planets is not exploring.

You must use your scan visor to id the plants as it may be a 2nd element in the plants makeup.

You can also try landing at a trading hub on the world and trying to purchase from all the ships that come in - that worked for me on a planet I was struggling to find frostwort on.

ah no they changed it a bit in NEXT update, you need Dioxite to farm it

you can bulk buy Dioxite in some space station terminals that sell them if you don't want to look for them

it's a crafting material for farming and growing the frost crystal in your base

Just...... DO NOT dismiss small rocks.... you can gather very quickly a decent amoount of any of those secondaries that way.
Other way when you try to set up a farm, is maybe better to simply buy it when you encounter it. due to large quantities

Now refineries are a thing, and some elements can be sythetised instead of mining.... not saying all worth the hassle, but adds some gameplay
