S class wrecks and the best systems to check

I know if you are in a T3 system you have a much better chance for loot in a freighter crash site and things like that. Does this hold true for crashes as well? I have only found 1 B and many C class types.

I have only seen one S class crash site and it was before Beyond. It was underwater on an extreme world with angry sentinels.

I only found it by following the directions from a youtube video. I am not sure it would ping if you scan...unless you were already underwater.

Never found one so far but I think Butterflow is talking about planets with extreme weather conditions and aggressive sentinels that attack on sight.

Thats that kind of planet you avoid in the beginning. The sun color should not matter I guess? Well you can stick to blue systems and see if it helps.

I found a variety of ships from A to C in yellow sun systems in the past days. Most underwater.

I just happened to spawn one, didnt have enough money to buy it because i purchased a capital ship today that cost a ton. So it flew off and despawned leaving me swearing for 10 minutes.. then it spawned again! I managed to sell some crafted stuff and finally have it.

crashed ship locations.

Well just found a S class shuttle 22/6 in my main home system. On a Acid world not my Paradise one...but still nice find.

Only worth 1.77 M but after fixing everything no real profit due to wiring looms used up.

The storage modules are the end goal.

Congratulations! Try some extreme planet in blue system. The chances should be higher. If you want to do a quick search look for an unpopulated system with many planets. Usually every planet has at least 1 distress beacon and no other buildings.

The ship wrecks in a system mirror the live ships you see flying around. If it can land at the trade station, it's also out there as a wreck somewhere.

Now if only they would let us shoot down ships and create wrecks...
