How to install Sparse Horizon Helmet?
I just traded some quicksilver for this helmet. How do I put it on?

How do you even get the option to buy it? It's not there in the list for me, along with the decals. I only get the statues and the emote.

Anyway as to your question, obviously I don't know the true answer as I don't have the option to buy it, but have you tried the apperance modifier at space stations?

For me I only see the statues and the emote too nothing else

Turns out i had two mods running that affected this, i removed the PAK files and launched and the full menu was there

Mods always cause problems in NMS, especially in times like this when updates are coming in fast and furiously.
