[Spoilers] Best galaxy and why

Essentially I just finished the game in permadeath reaching the center of the galaxy and I found out they are a total of 256 galaxies according to the wiki of NMS. Now I'm at Hilbert Dimension and yes, I do know this is procedural generated and everything is pretty much the same but maybe one is richer than the other and I have better chances to find out S class ships and finally settling in at my house (I had no idea that my base would fade away after reaching the core). Also wtf is the HUB, I saw it (again) in the wiki of NMS and I'm not sure if is something fan-made by players gathering together or is suppose to be in the game because I believe I heard the term before. Or maybe they are two different things, the one I'm referring to it was like a core where you would have better chances at getting your S-class ships, like an elite in that galaxy


Edit: my quest for the Atlas is bugged, I finished twice since I talked with Nada and I only could answer that I wanted to find the atlas (for some reason I couldn't pick a shortcut to the center of the galaxy) so I made and used two heart of the sun, I have installed in my exosuit the both things that you get from them, I can see the black holes (I can see twice the name of the closer black hole) but the path to the atlas still appears in my log. what should I do? Oh, and yes. All this before reaching the center back to the euclid galaxy
