Salvaged Tech Storage Container Blueprint

So I came across a new storage container blueprint from the analyzer not like the 0-9 that we get already but a completely new one and its not listed as a decorative item it says "storage". When I set it as a tracked mission to build one I gather all the items it requires but I never get the option to build it. I am sure this is a bug unless someone else has been able to build these cool yellow storage containers?

I have the same question - just learned that tech and can't find it.
The "big" container techs 0-9 I have already from the base computer... I hop this are different ones (smaller)?

theres two decorative crates that are not storage functional just decorative and further down the list theres the barrel that requires the atlas pass v1 to open and the green box that recharge slowly over time with random loots

This container is yellow and says it is for inventory item storage but it doesn't actually come up as an option to build since it is bugged
