Or.. check out GTID's youtube channel if you want a specific look.
Put on a crappy ship.
Find a system that has large haulers that you think are pretty. Go there.
Find a trading post in that system. Go there.
Put a beacon or save point at the back of the top of the very highest point on the post (the "chimney" or whatever). I think beacon is a better idea because you may give up after a while and want to come back later.
Stand in front of the beacon and save. Now:
(a) Reload.
(b) Scan the 4 ships that land with your visor. Wait for more if you feel like it.
(c) If one of them is a 48 slot S class hauler, fly down to it and you're done.
(d) Else, goto (a).
It will probably take a few hours. I'm not sure that it matters *that* much whether the system is rich or broke.
Along the way you will probably see the system's exotic a few times. Maybe you want that too.
One more thing if you are familiar with the save editor (if not you can search for info here or on the web), You can modify the appearance of your ship using the editor and a "seed" from this site.

So, once you find a large S class Hauler with nice bonuses, you don't need to search for more of the same just for a different look unless you are a glutton for punishment. :-)
In NEXT, ships are consistent with their NPCs (see them once at stations etc. and you will see them return also in other locations), if you don't find what you want then don't lose time but warp elsewhere.
Also all maxed-out starships have a particular design to look for.

play the game long enough and explore as many wealthy systems you can and you might find something even better than this screenshot
Or, for example, when playing slot machines. Would you rather avoid all the fuss and have it give you back 75 cents every time you put in a dollar?
Because that's what you're asking.
