Boundary Failure machines
Today, I landed on a Redacted planet and found a boundary Failure. When I went and retrieved the data it was ramble. And it talked about 5 or 6 errors. So, I scoured the planet and found 9 more machines. After the first one, the messages got more detailed it talked about the Atlas and the travellers. About Life and Death and even, the goal of finding the center of the galaxy. And it talked about being hunted, as travelers.

I was rather mysterious. So, if you find one there are others and the tale it tells is interesting.

Well, the boundary failures once belonged to the Sentinels, but that time was LONG before the artifical intelligence awakened (the player). This long journey that the boundaries tell, is how Talamon found the Atlas.

- Before Talamon (later the Artifical Intelligence) Connected to the exosuit, Talamon could not say the name "Atlas", so in the boundaries, it can be seen as "[------]"

- In entry #5-A, Telamon refers to the Korvax Convergence as an artificial intelligence modeled after earlier instances of the Atlas. This could be a reference to the KORVA, a machine of unknown purpose mentioned in Rogue Data log #3.

- In entry #18, Telamon breaks the fourth wall and directly addresses you, the player, suggesting that your reality is just another layer of the simulation.

- Entries #1 - #5-B each refer to different iterations. Entries #6-#7, #8-#10 and #11-#18 are set in specific iterations respectively.

And the numbers's meaning in the iterations (for example: "Iteration #951236327) are unknown, even the creator has no idea what they mean, and that is the cause that the boundary failures were named firstly with these actions:

- REPAIR NEEDED

- FAILURE

- DATA LOSS

- BOUNDARY LOSS

The epitome of that quest line, or at least one of the possible solutions should be to be able to fix the thing.

Clearly we are engineers able to assemble and repair technologies of many kinds.

How about one of the possible end-lines for that questline could be the ability to take control of an automaton on the moon where the computer is located, find a solution and repair the problem.

Instead of a nihilistic stick in the mud it would then change into a tame puppy persona with an uncompromisingly positive outlook. ;)

how you find it? i visit 20+ Redacted planet and find nothing=[

For those still searching ignore the Redacted tags as I beleive that just means NMS profanity filter has banned the name of that planet.

You are looking for exotic biomes - I just found mine on a "Breached Planet" and the weather type was "Memories of Winter"...Once I found the first one I flew south and used my starship scanner and they occasionally showed up otherwise I just flew low and slow to visually spot them.

Once you get the ERROR ATLAS ERROR ATLAS dialogue there is no further messages.
