The Portal Repository

I've been looking at a number of portal collections and most of them are simple lists. They often don't indicate wether they're PC, PS4 or what mode the game was in which is crucial for getting to the correct planet.

I've lately been using The Portal Repository at https://portalrepository.com/ which is in a data base format with a proper entry form where key fields are validated.

Being a searchable data base you can filter searches by platform, mode, galaxy, etc.

At the moment, it's the best I've seen for providing a common approach
