I can't find the Construction Research Station in the Anomaly
Am I supposed meet an engineer first to find it?
I have been to the Anomaly at least 4 times, spoke to everyone, explored everywhere, and I just don't know what else to do. Well, both my main and secondary mission objs say explore and investigate. So maybe I haven't done enough of both...

It is right across from nada and polo. Visit them and then walk straight from there and you will find a large room with different tech vendors. The research station is the one without a vendor.
