3440x1440 UI looks veryyyy pixelated anyone got any idea how to fix it?

Hey, Recently despite my my mate telling me to avoid this game as we both bought it on the ps4. I went ahead and bought this game again and now i just cant seem to see anything in the settings or config files that stops my UI looking like it was made on the megadrive lmao.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
I love the games art but mate the pixels are putting me off i cant stand playing it seeing how it looks so stretched

i run it in 2K resolution myself, but thats what my monitor supports.

maybe a screen cap of the ui? pixelated is one thing and blocky would be another before i go assuming things seeing the problem would be best.

Yeah it seems its a cap of the ui its stretched and looks awful sadly. A screenshot would just basicly mean you would have to zoom in unless you had the same monitor as me or i upload it natively as 3440x1440 and thats not even taking to account the fact that it will be downscaled from like imagur or soemthing, I'm guessing this is a widescreen issue but is there a mod i can download as at the moment i wont play it as dont want to hit that 2 hour mark

Ah sadly im seeing a few posts about this issue. Wouldnt be a issue if i didnt spend so much time in menus in this game.

Ultrawide monitor support is lacking. Do not get the game if you only have a Uwide monitor. Many games dont bother with Ultrawide support.

I'm assuming you're running on PC, not PS4. Your post is a bit confusing.

The only problem you should be seeing is the graphics are a bit stretched. Can you post a screenshot?

Edit: I have a 4k display. I can see your screenshot at full responsibility, so it's not useless.

That's normal and happens on my 1920x1080. It seems HG used low res images for the Exosuit, StarShip and Multi-Tool Inventory screens.

Well on my 4k monitor it looks so nice but on my main monitor that cost me too much money BLEGH the ui looks terrible and now i compare on 4k its a crazy difference :(

Hopefully HG will have improvements for higher res and ultra-wide screens in the NEXT update.

The graphics on my 4k display look the same, so it's not an ultrawide issue. I never noticed it until now, and I don't really understand why it's an issue.
