I did extend the radius of my base artificially, though, because my main base was by my energy towers, and I used the lamp trick to extend the base radius to get over to cover the Indium extraction site too. It seems like they removed the ability to use lamps to extend a base radius right after I did it though.
I wonder if that has something to do with it.
Just visited one of my mines and it seems fine:

However, two things you can try
1. Before you build as you teleported to your farm. Save at the base computer and then reload. I've found that sometimes the base perimeter are lost, but when you save and reload on the planet with the farm it fixes it.
2. Before you start building a farm, that is your base computer, make sure you've prospected all your nodes, that includes the electricity. Then find the center point between them and put your base computer there (note: the center point should be max 900u from the nodes) . Then extend to the nodes, build their extractors, connect the wiring and finally bring the storage piping back to your base computer (note: you should at least have 1x silo at your base computer before bringing the pipeline back, so that you can connect it and expand on the silos)
The max I've connected up from my base computer was about 1200u.
