Supply depot amount limit?
I’m extracting Activated Indium, and I’ve got a thicket of Supply Depots that can hold up to 52000, and I can’t seem to expand it further. Any other Supply Depots that I connect, upon examination, say they have 0 storage capacity. Is this a bug, and if so, is there a workaround?

If you're connecting more supply depots and they show 0 storage capacity, then they're not connected properly or you're mixing resources by having multiple types trying to be stored at one depot. I have quite a few 100k+ storage units, and a 200k+, so 52k is definitely not the cap.
That’s not the case. I’ve tried building multiple new supply depots in different positions, even separated from my main block of depots, even with an extractor separated from the main block of extractors and feeding just one storage depot separated from the main block of depots. It’s as if the land I’m building on won’t accept any new depots. Your experience proves that I’m not hitting some arbitrary limit though.

I did extend the radius of my base artificially, though, because my main base was by my energy towers, and I used the lamp trick to extend the base radius to get over to cover the Indium extraction site too. It seems like they removed the ability to use lamps to extend a base radius right after I did it though.

I wonder if that has something to do with it.

That's something to check, yeah. Make sure that wherever you're building the new depots and supply lines, it still says "Editing [your base name]" on the info pane.

How far away are the new extractors/silos? Try building them closer to the computer and run a pipe from the closest working silo or extractor to 190u closer to the computer. Also, make sure the bottom right of the screen says "Editing <base name>" when you are building, otherwise nothing will work.

Just visited one of my mines and it seems fine:

However, two things you can try

1. Before you build as you teleported to your farm. Save at the base computer and then reload. I've found that sometimes the base perimeter are lost, but when you save and reload on the planet with the farm it fixes it.

2. Before you start building a farm, that is your base computer, make sure you've prospected all your nodes, that includes the electricity. Then find the center point between them and put your base computer there (note: the center point should be max 900u from the nodes) . Then extend to the nodes, build their extractors, connect the wiring and finally bring the storage piping back to your base computer (note: you should at least have 1x silo at your base computer before bringing the pipeline back, so that you can connect it and expand on the silos)

The max I've connected up from my base computer was about 1200u.
