If not, then you are up for a hell of a ride.
You can jump into a new galaxy by jumping through it's CENTER star (Aka Galactic core)
So that will be a lot of jumps, or you can be helped by someone in multiplayer (but as I have not played multiplayer I'm of no help there, as to how)
Now If you are ok with spoilers, read the link that follows, if not, stop reading here
That's the sequel from Artemis path
https://nomanssky.gamepedia.com/New_Beginnings
and you choose to reset the simulation to the green galaxy
What get you killed in there ?
Just share more details and maybe we can help you out on how.
Because apart from having to land (sometimes ? often) on agressive sentinels planet, in which you can learn to AVOID the sentinels (by putting some distance from them and luring them away by starting mining away components from them), I don't remember dangerous things in there.
EDIT : To me, most of the "dangerous missions" came from the base employees
You can leave aside for now the weapon guy.
If you want to get rid of that mission (temporarly by not having it in your mission list), simply delete his terminal, rebuild it, but don't interact with it until you want to do them. At that time, that mission will pop back when you interact with him again.
The important missions you need to do in order to have that Eissentam choice are the mission from the TOP of your mission board. The MAIN story missions.
Some may need interactions from some of your base employees, but if I'm not mistaken (which I could, because it's been long time since I played those missions) none include the weapon guy.
So dismiss the weaponery missions. Do the exocraft ones, because those can come handy in some situations, the farmer ones, the science ones, and the overseer ones.
I discovered early on that the sentinels aren't as concerned with total damage done as they are the rate of damage over time ... especially for this mission and in taking out depots from on the ground. That said, they absolutely do get concerned when the final shot breaks down the door or busts open the depot.
You should be able to fire off a single shot, and then wait until your character lowers the multi-tool, and then fire off another single shot ... repeat until the door is down. Doing this at depots, there are five containers you can damage individually by applying a shot to each before returning to the first, and enough time will have lapsed that the sentinels won't care as much ... so keep shooting one shot into each container as you cycle between them (be extra careful not to double shoot or miss your target and accidentally shoot a different container). Yes, it takes a while and patience is a must, but it eventually gets the job done. And even if you attract their attention, you can run out of range and hide until their search timer expires. I've been known to dig a deep hole slanted into the ground with various branching turns (hint: you have to be deep enough to be out of the sentinel's range or they will discover you through the soil - a bit of a flaw in the programming).
Once the door is down, sprint inside. From your previous experience, you now know what sort of materials to bring with you, you can have them on hand because they shouldn't change (they're a part of the mission). If I recall, they're nothing special ... carbon, condensed carbon, and possibly a ferrite variant or sodium(??). It's been a while since I last did that mission, so I don't recall the specifics.
If you're really struggling with dying, get life support / shield upgrades. It gets pretty much impossible to die.
I also discovered after breaking into a dozen facilities that if you break in and immediately go inside and interact with the terminal, the sentinels won't attack you and will just deactivate.
And you don't have to use the boltcaster, you can use any weapon, even your ship. I'd recommend getting the plasma launcher, just don't stand too close to the door. ;P
Portal travel only allows you to travel within the galaxy you're into, traveling through systems.
If you want some combat backup, Merlin, I'd be happy to assist.
