It is impossible to activate the pulse drive on the vive.
The controls say "(R-< & R->) to activate the pulse drive" however this is physically impossible with the vive controllers.

Why is it impossible to trigger the right touch pad right or left? Can you jump? or run? then, you should be able tu activate pulse.

You need to press both sides of the right trackpad but you can only press one side down.

It's left trackpad down, checked the steamvr bindings.
