Controller deadzone fix

So the default Hello Games xbox one controller config (possibly others) has a controller drifting problem with the sticks. The game now uses the steam controller interface (for some reason), but if you go into it you can see the deadzone option for the stick in some menus is set to Cross, with no deadzone.

The fix is to set it to circle, and bump the deadzone a little.
