Mods not working in Beyond. Space looks disgusting again!

Yeah, as headline says, all mods that make space looks BLACK not working!
I really can't force myself to fly through pink, light blue, green space... it is just disgusting, unrealistic and so irritating.
Anyone knows is there any mod that works with Beyond that gives DAMN BLACK SPACE???

I can't play the game until space is black again. That is my red line.

Also I think this new power the base option is totally unnecessary nuisance. It is almost impossible to power all those bases that we built. Can't use teleport...... I mean, why??

Of course they're not working, after an update as big as this one. Wait for the authors of the mods to update them. If it's impossible for you to play the game unmodded you'll just have to wait.

All shader mods are perma-killed by the switch to vulkan.

L02K maintains a list with which ones (I think they're all his mods) were killed off (all the ones in yellow).

That's just horrible.
All mods i was using are killed in this list.
practically ALL MODS WHICH MADE GAME LOOKS GOOD.
I can't play game like this.

By the way, another issue is that GAME IS CONSTANTLY CRASHING. Especially when visit the anomaly.

I'm 100% with you. I get that it's supposed to be nebulae-like, but it's completely overwhelming to the point where it feels like you're flying inside a bubble. Space doesn't feel expansive. I wish there were at least some systems that had black or nearly black skies.

There is sometimes black ones... But I prefere black space for immersion too. Wait for mod update.

The shader mods *can't* be updated for this version.

I do think he's overreacting a bit, but shader mods are dead for the forseeable future due to the changes the vulkan update made (mainly compiling the shaders where they used to be the source files and compiled at runtime).

There were a couple of people trying to decompile them and make sense of them from what I understand, but there's 81,000 compiled shader files so it probably isn't going to happen any time soon, if ever.

That said, the mod author is trying to find alternate (non-shader) ways to get black space (specifically) working, but hasn't had much luck AFAIK.

Most of space is colorless and black, you shouldn't be flying through constant nebulae.

Unfortunately still not good enough.
When approaching planets from dark side they disappear - melt with space so you don't see that planet is there.
But, the guy said he will fix it in the next mod update.

Anyways he proved that IS possible to make space black in Beyond although all other modders were saying it can't be done.
I am guessing he needs to do some tweaks to make mod perfect.
Really hope he will manage because this space in NMS looks dreadful.

please, next time look around for mod updates before crying that mods are broken, they break in every game that has mods and there is a major update.
