Report a translation problem
1. Click the dropdown on the steam VR window (youll have to alt-tab because NMS double eye window will have focus, then move your mouse around until you see it over the SteamVR window).
2. Click Display VR View
3. This opens a centred view of both eyes.
4. Press alt+enter to full screen it. alt+enter exits fullscreen as well.
The only issue with this is that the centred view is very zoomed in to make it the proper aspect ratio, so some of the gameplay is cut off, but I stream like this and I had no complaints from viewers (mostly cause they dont realize they arent seeing everything)
