Discord Screensharing

Hi, I want to do screen share my game on discord.
Problem is only thing I have noticed working is on windowed mode.
Since this is not really an option for me, does anyone have a way to get it working on either borderless or fullscreen?
Game freezes on discord if I try that.

You are not going to like it, but windowed mode is the only way that it will work with Discord Screensharing. As it turned out, I just researched and tested this very thing. Since "Borderless" is not "true" borderless, but rather a rehash of fullscreen, it does not have the same properties that a proper "Borderless" window should have.

I am still searching but so far the only fix for this is by using 3rd party hacks that are questionable at best.

I'll still keep an eye out though, but so far, no joy.

(Also though I know you didn't ask about this, but for me it goes hand in hand with this question, I suspect your second question would be whether there was a way for NMS to not freeze while Alt-Tabbed into Discord, and the answer is the same. No Joy there as well.)

I know its been almost two years since you posted this, but currently having similar issues when Microsoft Edge is also open in the background. I am still attempting to find if there is something more than just Edge + NMS + Discord just not getting along. Did you ever figure out a fix?

Still an issue, but only just started being an issue a few days ago, before it worked fine
