No Man's Sky Vulkan Driver issue
with the new beyond update i keep getting a vulkan driver compaitibility warning everytime i run NMS, i use a Nvidia GeForce 570 GTX and i've fully updated all of my driver using Nvidia itself and the Intel tool to do so. I'm now at a standstill on what else i can do, am i screwed now with this new update or is there something im missing?

if your GTX 570 doesn't support Vulkan then yes you are screwed, until you obtain a video card that supports it

Didn't you read ducksln? your graphic card didn't support vulkan.
I can give you a reddit thread here
https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/488r0g/geforce_500_series_wont_get_vulkan_driver_support/

Sorry to burst ur hopes, even you necro-ed the thread, but the only way you can play NMS is either upgrade ur GPU or downgrade the version to pre-vulkan. You cannot play NMS in current state.

Which says a lot about HG's business model, none of it nice?
Not sure why we needed a Reddit thread link when I posted the link to the database provided by Vulkan. Just type in GTX 570 in the filter and you'll see that nothing comes up. Type GTX 670 and the GTX 670 comes up. Pretty cut and dry.

No idea why HG doesn't update their system requirements though.

I don't even know if they can.
Yep it's totally possible. Not sure if it has to be changed in conjunction with an update, but I've seen requirements changed in other games.

If people with this problem submit support tickets it might get done, yet most are unlikely to do so because it's not something that can be fixed for them.
i already wrote a msg about wrong minimas via zendesk
they could change at least their informations on zendesk - because also wrong infos
It shouldn't require a ticket and all that. They know they changed to Vulkan. They know that changes what hardware is usable.
I'm sure there's an assumption that people aren't using those cards anymore. While that's largely correct, it's a line of frikken text that just needs to be changed.

And hopefully we can get it done without needing to call on all 17 ducks in your Trenchcoat. :)
I love that name.

Thanks! We move as a unit, though.
