Living on a blue planet
Is it possible to find a lush or normal planet (doesn't have hazards) that's in a blue system? Been flying for days and can't find anything worthwhile

What mode are you playing?

Blue as in you picked the dead system at the end of atlas? Then probably not. Best way to find a planet, is to go to the Nexus, and go to the Interstellar Portal and look at peoples Bases, it will tell you what the planet and system is like. Pick one to your liking, like a Level 1 conflict system with 3 star tech and a Paradise Planet for example and build there.

Blue as in Blue Star System -- most of which are occupied and unrelated to any mission :P

What does the colour have to do with anything?

I think the OP is getting frustrated trying to find the perfect planet -- which is understandable, and they want to live in a Blue Star System - personal choice I suppose. I don't even look at the color of the star, i find perfect planets all the time

Oh that's lucky. I had to go to the Nexus and hop onto other peoples planets when they upload their bases. Usually Paradise Planets with 1 conflict level.

Planet Generation parameters are influenced by star system types, as well as galaxy types. However, galaxy types only alter yellow star systems, therefore red, green and blue stars have similar parameters across all galaxies.

The odds for exotic biomes, in any galaxy, are: Green (x1) < Blue (x2) < Red (x3).

In Imperfect and Raging galaxies, yellow stars will never have exotic planets.

In Tranquil and Ancestral galaxies, yellow stars have the same chance for exotic planets as green stars.

In Imperfect and Raging galaxies, yellow stars have 2x more chance to have lush planets.

In Tranquil galaxies, yellow stars have 4x more chance to have lush planets, and 4x lower chance to have dead planets, compared to other stars in that galaxy.

In Ancestral galaxies, yellow stars have 2x more chance to have dead planets, and lush planets have the same chance as other stars in that galaxy.

I was just gonna help him with his search LOL

Also note that Euclid, the starting galaxy, is an Imperfect galaxy, so go with those numbers until you get to another galaxy.

I went to the Tranquil Galaxy at Atlas' End and found a system with a Paradise Planet with Life, Overgrown, Weather Beautiful, Fauna Full etc right away.

OP is clearly setting up an indium farm

What are the odds of scoring a Lush blue star planet with Activated Indium with no hazards and/or active sentinels?

Activated indicates hazardous weather

tbh i would want to live on a planet orbiting a blue star. The light is calm and surreal, unlike that of a raging red star.

Green stars make me nauseous, and yellow is just yellow.

More or less this...looking for resource rich and non hazardous...maybe I'm asking for too much?
