Hiring weaponsmith
I have the hire a weaponsmith quest in my main quests but I can't find any on the vy'keen space stations and have no quest markers on my HUD to find one >:(

Go to the galaxy map and look for a system dominated by Vy'keen (it's like an eye symbol). Go to the system outpost, that's where you will find your weapon smith. Technically, you can go to any Vy'keen dominated system's outpost to find the weapon smith, although the aesthetics of the creature might be different.

By system outpost I mean the interstellar one (big space station) not one on a planet.
