Unlocking the Overseer Questline?

So im aiming to get more then just 1 storage container. I heared you do that by doing the Overseer questline.
This questline will be triggerd by building a "Blueprint Analyser" first, then a "Cylindrical Room" and then a "Construction Terminal".

Soo... i have build everything but the Construction Terminal, cause i dont have it. It whould appear as soon as i build a Cylindrical Room right? But it doesnt.
Did i miss something or.. am I doing something wrong here?

you have to meet Apollo in the main quest line first, he will activate the Overseer quest for you

play the mainstory until you reach the point where you talk to apollo. he wil give you the quest

follow the artemis quest

Eventually Apollo will tell you to go hire a specialist so you can build a base, and in the process they'll give you the bp, as Miyo has mentioned.

so for some reason the scientist marker isnt working here. it shows as on planet but as soon as Iaunch its points right back to the station

You have to find the korvax scientist walking around on a korvax station. You might want to quit/load the game fresh again if you can't see him, I've had that happen a few times now unfortunately.

This is crazy 20 hours in and no overseer. how far down the Artimis path do you have to go?(at the translater part). Im 3 basses in .... could do with the microchip blueprint. right now i am rope able..

before beyond patch game was bugged with 60 hours on it (no landing pad). Started new game and no overseer...
