Storage container blueprint location?

Where do I get this, I really need the extra storage? The wiki says I'm supposed to get it from some overseer after some event in the Artemis storyline, but that is not specific.

When you build a base, the base quests will ask you to build a terminal for the overseer. Build it in an emptey corner of a structure, go to a station and find a Gek who will agree to be your overseer and start following the quests he gives you (including building further stations and staffing them, etc.) One of the very first things you will get is Storage 0 and soon you will get the rest of them. Alternatively, you can find salvage data modules, go to the Nexus (after you have been invited once) and purchase all 10 (0-9) from there from the blueprint station. Have fun!

Everything is on the Nexus at the blueprint vendors, it's a single device located at the right of the ship blueprint vendor and called 'Construction bla bla' .
Else, it is in your device at your base once you have completed the mission to build the 0 container, you must do this one first. (Just place it anywhere to do the mission and delete it after).

What is the quest called? I already built a base long ago and created base terminal, among other things. I don't remember if it asked me to create a terminal specifically for an overseer. I've talked to many Gek after this and don't think there was any mention of an overseer.

Once "Alone Amidst the Stars" is finished "Ghosts in the Machine" starts. You will have to contact Apollo. After speaking to him and following the quest you will have to improve your base. The quest "Expanding the Base" will start.

The wiki contains a lot of info. Not all of them are accurate (not all are updated for Beyond). But most are.
