How do I paint my base now ??
Found a Class A EM-Hotspot.... started building/relocating my main base. Put some vaults and cuboid rooms down.. hooked up power and then went to paint them. Before I remember selecting the paint/material then clicking a button to apply it.... but now it wants to place a new item and I can't find a way to paint stuff without ripping it back up and placing it down prepainted. Did this mechanic change or am I forgetting some hotkey/step ?

What about on an XBox controller? lpad-up brings up the menu, and onscreen it says X to edit, but says nothing about painting...
