You may want to try using that Mod and see if it helps to resolve the issue for you.
I had a space station that was half in a ringed planets rings and was exactly like that inside the space station, all washed out and so bright I could hardly see where I was going.

The suggestion to move the Anomaly to another area of space might be an even better fix.
The game still has issues with picking up brightness and contrast settings from nearby objects, including planets and space color. Moving to another area of the current system, or another system altogether would be worth a try.
And if you are open to using Mods... You might want to try out RayRod's BEYOND compatible BLACK SPACE mod over on Nexus Mods. It removes all that cartoony color wash from star systems and replaces it with BLACK SPACE. Makes the game look 10 times more realistic.
Imagine the NMS assets in an Elite Dangerous environment. I personally would refuse to play this game if I couldn't have my Black Space Mod running. ;o)
I think that's how it works, but I could be wrong...
