Concerning the rest: It's your choice what you want to create and what you want to trade. (I, personally, take the recipes for cobalt mirrors, oxygen filter and sodium diode as these things are required for expedition upgrades.)
A little hint, though.
Fuel for the Nautilon and the left side of the component tree (polyfiber, heat capacitor, etc) are unlockable via Overseer- and Scientist-questline in your base. For me, unlocking these things at factories is wasted opportunity.
Eventually you want to unlock so you can make stasis champers but all those i mentioned are on the way because you will need living glass and circuitboards to make them.
I agree the recipe for cobalt mirrors, oxygen filter, sodium diode and any elements like Chloride Latrice are good.
Tetra cobalt for exemple is very useful if you play survival and want to mine a lot of cobalt.
3000 cobalt => 1500 ionised cobart => 10 Tetra cobalt
6 cargo slots => 3 cargo slots => 1 cargo slot
You only need a portable rafinery.
