Very disappointed Atlas Path not available in creative mode
Really, just disappointed.

Creative mode simply isn't Adventure (Normal) mode. Creative is meant to be very safe and for creating things and tring out ideas. Normal mode is well normal, meant for adventuring and story questing. It's not much harder, just has a bit of danger and you have to harvest materials for building. It offers the most options and freedoms. Even Survival mode and Permadeath mode have limits on things, whereas Normal does not. Try it out, you will only discover more in your new adventure. ;)

No not really. I've been playing on normal and am already bored of mining the resources. Got a decent multitool and high capacity ship. Just repetitious. Figured I'd bypass all that and delve straight into the story lines hassle free. See that they've disabled that (for whatever reason).

It's fine - some have uploaded videos of how the Atlas Path ends. I'm now satisfied.

Can't have it all I guess. Wonder if it was intentional or an oversight by the devs. The "story" questline in 1.3 was available in creative mode AND normal mode.

There are 'trainers' out there that give 'god mode', unlimited resources, sprint etc. I used one before creative mode existed because I was never into the crafting/building/survival aspect. Game got a lot more interesting for me when I didn't have to constantly worry about farming for life support repair minerals.
