Повідомити про проблему з перекладом
My problem with the mod is that it includes a lot of cheats. I can't seem to remove the credit bonus for finding all animals on a planet. On one planet I would get 2 million credits for finding all the animals, which I find silly. You can remove some of the cheats, but not all of them. In the end I removed the mod and manually put in the ones I wanted as I could not get rid of all the cheats.
Sorry... Went back and looked things over... Should have done that before posting...
So the OP is OK... The comments I commented about are another person.
Apologies to RayRod..
I kinda have a Love/Hate relationship with this game. I've waited a long time until the price of the PS4 version was around 10 bucks until i added it to my library. I started right away on "Survival" (yeah, i know, don't do that!) and after 30 hours i was done to say: This whole thing is an example of how to NOT do it. So many potential, so much stuff that makes you crazy because of bad coding or carelessness. Mind blowing. It got better with the patches and updates, but still a mess.
Anyhoo ... exploring (well, yeah, u'r always the last person on every planet, so lets call it: wandering), fighting, flying, space, crafting etc. is my thing, so i though: "Stop that, wait for a PC Version where mods can fix what Hello Games wasn't able to."
And here we are... I tried several Mods (Nexus of course, because Workshop here means some Bases, that nobody wants or needs - talking about carelessness again @ HG) until i discovered the jewel called:
RayRods Mod:
I don't wanna say that the game is now perfect, but the first Planet i started with this mod, made more sense, looked better, "feeled" better then 60 hours on PS4+PC combined where i saw over 200 (so called) Planets. Even Flying is now fun and no pita anymore.
The only thing i don't like about RayRods Mod, is the kind of build-in cheats, so you can build bases within seconds and get every ship with 2-3 clicks. For someone like me, who enjoys a more rough playing field, the temptation is too big to maybe use it... So until i find out, how to disable this, i will step back.
TL;DR:
If you want to enjoy NMS, use this mod. If you have never played NMS and you are sadistic, play it vanilla for an hour or two...
/salute
Great planet with huge shards of Plutonium like in the NMS poster art, but you can’t fly on this planet, these things just render when you are right ontop of them.

Saw these Giant Creatures on another planet…Cool!

Planets had a variety of landscape and dense foliage, all that was great, it gives a window into where the game can go, and that is promicing!
Almost from the beginning of this game I have used mods to enhance the environment and to spice up the exploration. But I prefer to add the ingredients separately and to have the liberty to choose which aspects of the game I would like to enhance.
I really like the terrain modifications of RayRod's mod and I hope he publishes someday a modular version. Might be worth to write a comment in the Nexus hub.

Its like a private argument spilled over into this thread, since none of it has any context whatsever with what the OP posted, unless the OP completely changed their post?
whats this "anti-mod" bandwagon? are you not just confusing things with the trolls who hate life in general? are there players/posters who genuinely like NMS who are bashing on modders? This is the first thread i've read on this forum of anything of the sort.
I was the same way. I read this discussion forum regularly and had never heard any of this. Was genuinely confused. Still am I guess. No idea an issue or controversy existed, or why one would exist over an optional mod. (btw it does look cool.)
The OP said "check this out dudes"). So I did. And the first first two comments in the thread - copied below speak of some controversy:
In this context, I have no idea about any of this and have no idea why you have a problem with a short comment to this effect.
As stated above,
- I think the mod looks cool.
- I don't think anybody at HG should be fired as the first inflammatory comment says.
- I think NMS is a revolutionary game and catches undeserved criticism.
- I watched the video. I commented to the effect that "btw it does look cool". I like the trees. I like the grass. The way ships flew around in the video was different - it did look weird being a freighter, but still I thought "cool". The atmospheric effects were interesting - sortof aurora borealis.
- I liked the big crystals in Sarah's photos.
My main thought is surprise at how a mod might cause a split in the NMS community as mentioned above, and like several other I'm expressing surprise as I've not heard of it. I'm curious to what degree this might be true. I don't see how this could be a big community issue.
This guy (Bruno Mourito) used to post videos on facebook of some absolutely fabulous looking planets. I don't know if on Playstation or PC (I think playstation), or if mod or what mods, I don't know. But he finds some very rich planets - and these do have a similar look to the mod linked in OP.
