Black screen after exiting game and ALT TAB
Win10

980ti

4770k

16Gb ram

1Tb SSD

3monitors only use one for gaming.

See this thread for a possible solution

TL;DR ALT+TAB out and back in to the game until the graphics look low quality and then exit the game.

I only have one monitor attached, and yet the problem persists.

I have had to control+alt+del and log out then relog back into Windows to fix mine.

Just changed my resolution from 1650 x 1080 to 2376 x 1485 (which, as an aside, is a resolution that I was not aware that I had, or that my monitor supported) and black screen is no longer an issue when exiting or when using ALT+TAB.

The resolution does still occassionally go bad, but a quick ALT+TAB soon fixes that.
