Terraforming catastrophe

I got this instead of the planet name on the scanner while approaching and landing, nothing unusual about the planet though. Has anyone seen this before?

Yeah, I've seen a couple of those. It's one of the various descriptions for a more or less dead planet. Made me laugh the first time I saw it. :)

Ah, ok then, I actually thought there's something wrong with the game unable to make a planet properly :P Sounded too poetic for a bug message though ;)

I run across such a planet two or three times now. Another interesting planet type I came across is "Erased." It's weather was "[Redacted]."

I like the dead planets, "Terraforming catastrophe" ... reminds me of what all the other space games look like

Tip: Make sure you scan "Zombie Planets" ... some spawn rares ... i've ran across ones lousy with Albumen Pearls strewn all over the surface and another with Vortex Cubes littered throughout caves.
