I'm having a hard time finding any. Where is the best place to get one?

I found some in those green, flat chests laying around on planets / in buildings. Don't know if chances are better in Vy'keen systems though. :-)

Lucky you I can only find rosty metal scraps in it.
Thankfull I had 10 of those daggers in my freighter.

Can you give a clue to us? Which type of star system? Which race controls the system you found them?

You have to either transfer the metal scraps to your inventory or hold the middle mouse button to delete them, then the chest will open and spit out it's contents.

There is no special place to find the daggers, they're random from green chests. That's it. No place really has a higher chance of spitting them out. Just keep hitting the chests and you'll come across one eventually (they're a common drop).

Thx for the tip, never thought about it. You just have to "move" the metal dust to really open what is inside.

Yeah I found one very soon after checking the green chests. So I managed to finally progress with the base building missions but now it's bugged out trying to kill the sentinel space craft.

I found them, ran away not to die(cause I'm on permadeath)and now I cant find them again.

I also cant get further with the artemis mission after crafting the mind arc. Tells me to take my base teleporter but I cant get it to give the marker where to actually go. So I'm kinda stuck.
