EDIT: it was SSAA not SMAA
The game only has FXAA, TAA (low), TAA and TAA+FXAA
pretty sure i see SSAA listed as the highest form of AA in the settings.
See that really makes me think something isn't right. A 980/980ti should definitely be able to push 60+ at 1080p with ease.

well you can give my settings a go the keep me mostly above 60 i will list them just i case
AntiAliasing TAA
shadows on medium
motionblur off
framerate max
lightshafts on
Reflections low
textures ultra (if you are on a 4gb vram card high textures instead of ultra will probably give you better performance)
the shadows man drop the shadows and reflections to medium
