16519MB of pagefile usage ???
Is it normal 16519MB pagefile usage ( Afterburner MSI 4.3.0 ) for NMS ?
i have 16go Ram and 6872 use in game , GTX1060 6Go , i7 4770 , W10

my pagefile size is 10GB, and I'm not even playing anything...

i'll check when i got back home.

my spec is i3-7100 + 16GB RAM + RX480 + W10, but never really bother with pagefiles, I trust my W10 to manage that :) May I know why you are concerned with the pagefile usage?

The game as crash this week end
I watched the monitor and the pagefile exceeded the max
I think it came from there

pagefile is not related to NMS.. it's something the OS uses for everything running.. I'd suggest starting with checking for unnecessary services or bloatware running at startup..

However, I rarely see my NMS.exe taking over 5gigs of memory.. but I'm also on win7..

I have limited my pagefile to 3.5GB as I have it on a RAM-drive. So if you worry about the size, just use a fixed one.
In case your start-device is a SSD, you should move it somewhere else anyway to spare life-time.
