No man's sky Extreme surival

Figured i'd post this for newer people who havent achieved this yet, I am in the process myself, writing this while i wait it out, so far im at 27 of 32 sols in the extreme survival achievment. I looked at guides on how to achiev this but most of them are from 7 months ago and figured i'd update it.
-Each sol is 15-20 mins.
-You can stay indoors or in a cave (not in your ship) to wait out the achievment.
-If you leave the atmosphere the counter will reset and you will have to start from scratch.
-You can save and exit the game, then come back and continue where you left off.
-Reattempting the achievment you will have to start from scratch (ex: if you have rank 3 of 10, you will have to start all over from rank one so if you dont see your counter going up be patient you just have to hit the point you were at previously)
-If you decide to afk this achievment you will not loose life support like old guides sugest (im assuming they changed that on purpose) so you can full on afk and not worry about it like you had to previously.
