Cue all the people who want you to keep it down because there's no statute of limitations on hating people and businesses.

But I have done my part. My review was positive.

. . . but it's too bad that the damage was likely permanent. The game is legitimately better than when it was first released, but many people will never see taht.

Not yet.. just improve space combat and make pirates not so predictable and I'll change it for sure. Kindda hypocritical that I have like 200 hours and a negative review.. the game keeps pulling me in, but I'm not sure it's because of fun... it's just.. i don't know, compelling to play?

edit: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it's 270 hours now

Well That's fine as far as it goes, but I would ot want dishonest positive reviews any more than I'd want dishonest negative ones, no offense. As long as they are honest, not serving an agenda, that's fine.

So why, then, the negative review? Honestly, just asking. If you find it that compelling, why the negative? Mind you seriously asking. Inviting your critique, really. I assume you had a good reason for the negative review, and just curious to hear it.

I'm actually going to put up a negative review here soon. After 40 hours or so... I wouldn't recommend this to anyone for more than $30. I have a number of reasons I wont go into here (I will in the review)... but I imagine other people might be willing to change their review.

Quite possible. The game has evolved a bit, we shall have to see, really. it'll probably evolve more before too long, but again, that's speculation, so we shall all have to wait and see.

No hey ruined my game I was waiting for the updates to see how it goes and 150 hours of searching for my perfect ship down the toilet unless they make some changes I will write a review on how the developers have taken a dump on how i play the game they released, wasting 150 hours of game time.

Oh yeah, you got ~40 in. cool. So your complaining that you are getting just 1 hour per 45 cents, essentially? That's fine, if so, you're allowed. Am just asking. That would be valid complaint given certain assumptions on cents per hour, honestly.

I am sorry for that. Did not actually happen to me, but I may not have been as 'invested'. I feel bad that you feel 'jilted' I do. It sucks when a dev, like HG or blizz, devalidates a bunch of stuff you worked your ass off for, I admit.

I would have perhaps considered reading your post if you had not used the Lord's Name in vain. I don't think He would play this game, he's not too fond of liars.

Thing that bugs me that they claimed plenty of times you can play this game as you like, but after the updates it seems like the devs are slowly taking that freedom away.

No, the past two updates were nice but the game is a far cry from what was promised.

I won't be changing my negative review. I'm fine with this game dying so HG can't charge for new content down the road. Helping them be successful would be encouraging bad behavior.

Because, it feels like doing some nipnip.

At first you're like 'whoa mann! faarr out!'

And then you continue playing and at first its all new and unknown, and you enjoy new adventures!

But as you continue doing it, you begin realizing what a shallow experience it really is. You get used to it. New gets boring. The magic fades really fast.

Soon, you see you take no pleasure in doing it, but still you feel drawn to do it. You have to do it. You have to get that S class ship. You have to get to the center. You have to have a full nipnip farm. But in truth you know it's not very fun.

In the end you go like 'oh god why am I wasting my life like this, what is wrong with me?! I need help!'.

Then you have to write a review to your friends. And then you ask yourself, 'Would I recommend nipnip to my friends?' Well, WOULD YOU? I certaninly would not, unless that nipnip somehow manages to continue delivering that magic feeling you had at first. For now, all we get is stained teeth.

How about I keep it negative for as long as their lackluster efforts keep failing to justify a $60 price tag?

I just love the beauty of this game. It's extraordinary. The new camera mode is fantastic. I've just been spending hours taking screenshots SOOOOO much fun!

My review is not changing. :)

Um do you have to swear though in your discussion headline.
