Weird lighting.. Help?

So apart from my base being completely deleted, every planet I visit is in its 'evening' atmosphere? Like every planet is dim, even in photo mode when I change sun position its not bright. Any help?

that's weird.. I can't say I experienced that, but my planet was daytime and I couldn't find the sun in the sky anywhere.. it was just lit up mysteriously..

Mine is the same way. I thought it was night time so Ib tried turning on my light. Did not work. The space station was even worse. To top it all off, the game locks up when I try to quit. I have to reboot every time.

try turning of "HBAO" in graphics menu

Make sure lighting "filter" is set to default.

Same problem here. Tried messing around with settings, graphic optons and verifying game files...no go

My AA was set to ultra. I dropped it down a notch and now everythings fine.

I figured it out in the end. I basically played with all the settings, and found that the AA option that I was on (Ultra SSAA x4 ) something like that, THAT was the issue. For me TAA is ugly, FXAA and OFF were both good (Off being too sharp edged) but the Ultra one made EVERYTHING dim. Idek why but hey :/
