They are in both, they usually roam the pools in those zones I mentioned where other girls in bikini spawn, they are just rarer to find.

The red bikini lady hardly shows up for me these days, just make sure to be online and maybe start directly with online mode.

The only place you will see nudity is at a stripclub, I don't understand why it's a problem, plus you will see a naked girl in real life eventually, your parents will just have to accept it.

Also you can turn off your monitor when loading GTA 5 and open it after 10 minutes so that bikini lady won't show up
