Archivist achievement!!!

Stuck on Journal notes at 99%, all locations have been completed 100% and there are no notes left to collect or photos to click, done everything but still the world map shows 99%. Any ideas people??

For people that are with 100% notes in all maps and not triggering the Archivist achievement Go to an puzzle that allows you to take a photo and receive tips to solve that. I recommend to use Map Genie to know where this puzzles are. After you take a picture for a tip you problably will receive the achievement

For me it was the key forge puzzle under the fountain in the Vatican. Snapped the pic and the achievement popped.

Two things I've noticed:
Several of the photo-op icons appear before the game allows you to get them, if you buy the guides from the pharmacy early. This might not be a bug, but is awkward when you are trying to complete things before advancing the story missions.

Some artifact icons disappear from the map at certain points [several in the Temple vanished when I finished the plot stuff, for example...] and only some of the local on-screen (if you have them enabled) icons appear when you are very close to the artifact. I discovered two artifacts completely by accident- despite having all icons for assistance enabled for collection cleanup...

In summary I have 99% on field work.... In all locations 100% including all (no missing points in Feild work) but the MAP of the Vatican shows an icon at the Pharmacy for a leaflet... but there is none. So It is not just one bug it is a failure in the game logic of keeping track of things in "any" order", not just the "prefered" order. I have definitvly found thing "before" I was supposed to. (causing double pickups, due to re-apperance)

I have 100% on everything, and there are no icons anywhere on any of the maps. I'm really not sure what else I can do to get this achievement to pop up.

Finally i have figured it out guys, the main issue is with "Tuned In" achievement, Gina gives you two extra journal pages so if that quest has bugged out like it happened with me Journal percentage will be stuck at 99% after collecting all pages. I am currently in a new playthrough and finally i have unlocked "Tuned In" achievement also got those two notes. I will update once i get my 'Archivist' achievement.
