No, i can't remember seeing a mod doing that. You need to "randomly" start using Blender and make things happen :)
Even if you find 3D models in SketchUp library free to use in games, you'd have to adjust such models for this game as it doesn't like high tris count, because you need to have a custom LOD model... and most likely textures will need re-adjusting to serve your purpuse (or the game at least).
