Cairn Area include the row/column (the line) itself?
Stone circle says "within the cairn area" but I don't see anything, including a search here, on if the cairn column/row itself (the line for lack of a better word) is considered within that area, i.e. if I draw a square, the line itself isn't within or exterior to the area of the square, it's just the line.

i.e. if I stack 4 cairns in the corners of a 3x3 grid, is only the middle box "fully inside the cairn square" or all all 5 empty boxes inside it?

In a 3x3 grid, you get all 9 tiles. It counts the Cairns themselves in the included area.
