Hello, the save is linked to the Steam profile, are you playing with the same account? If you do, the steam cloud shall download the save when starting the game

Go in the AppData > Local > Drop Duchy > Saved > Save Games folder
Find the one that's your 76561198032577252_Main_Backup and copy that into the 76561198032577252_Main

That might fix it

ProgressionSave.sav in these directories are identical. Copying the file didn't solve the problem.

I don't know what happened then, sorry, the save probably got corrupted and without Steam Cloud there's no way to recover it
