Hidden stash in hospital 5 tier mission

Do you mean the big loot payoff? Thats's in a small room at the bottom of the stairs from the rooftop helipad. I believe there's also a hidden stash in the elevator shaft.

Unmarked crate that have a box called "secret stash" inside - many pois have it in really strange places

EDIT: I never found hidden stash in hospital and I cant see it on block list of this prefab...

Serious question: why did you think there’d be one? I didn’t know of any convention that POIs are expected to have a hidden stash, specifically.

So is the crate hidden in the elevator shaft just a random sealed crate then? I haven't found a hospital yet in my current game to check it.

I think so - after you posted this i checked hospital in creative, if we are talking about same shaft it was shotgun crate for me.

@RosaNova the crate you are talking about is shotgun messiah crate, im looking for "hidden stash". there are few of hidden crates in POI's with 5 tier missions like in shotgun messiah factory or even tier 4 ( big house with bunker in snow biome, when you are at the top of mansion and you are on the way to bunker, instead of going down look above you, there is one of the hidden stash). I think the loot in these crates are actually better than airdrops thats why i was wondering if there is hidden stash in hospital. :P

Church, school few normal houses (modern 9, 13 / bungalow 9 / mansard, tudor, victorian 1) coal factory, burnt 6... pfff and possibly even more

And shamway is also missing hidden stash.

Church is 5tier mission? Is there any list of every single 5tier mission? Im looking for more tier5 missions like crack'n'books and hospital because I can complete them in like 4-5 hours in game time which gives me time for getting resources like iron/wood. Asking you because you seems like very experienced player :P

T5: Both factories (shamway and shotgun), hospital, book, skyscrapers (except the one under construction) and apartment (bleh... )

Yep, that one. Starting at 6:00 ending at 10-11~ everytime, + insane difficulty. I know every zombie respawn, i'm not looting every single container, just piles of ammo, vending machines, that medical thing I just forgot name and main loot room. I like this place because of final zombies room is easy to clear on highest difficulty. Not like in shamway factory where I almost died because I get like 12 radiated zombies in final room. The longest mission for me is that chinese apartment skysccrapers, literally whole day IGT. Crack'n'books also is pretty fast to clear, 8h IGT + a lot of books which is very useful. :P

Books is the best t5 skyscraper imho. It was few months when I last did hospital on insane but I heavily doubt I was faster than 15m - so... NICE! :)

Shamway is super nice with full stealth character, for non-stealth melee - drugs for final fight :)
Apartment is the worst one for me - boring and zombies love to fall down.

For me, apartment is the quickest T5 to clear, hospital #2 (although I could never do it as fast as Azzan) the 2 factories are tied for 3rd place and the towers take me forever. Especially the 16 story one (Dishon?) which took me several in-game days to find whichever zombies I missed before I bailed because of blood moon. I don't bother with that one, totally not worth the time.
