weight issue?

Is there a command console to remove the weight in the game, I hate games where you cant run cos your carrying to much

Not that I'm aware of. Alot of people choose to get around this with backpack mods. Pretty sure there are some up on nexus mods in the 7 days section.

If you're using the console anyway, you can just use creative mode to give yourself clothing & armor pocket mods which remove encumberence.

If you weren't aware, the encumbrance isn't static. There are multiple ways, including skills and clothing mods, to progress to a point where you're not slowed down even by a full backpack. Also note that armor can slow you down, too.
